Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Template notice: This policy is a starting-point template, not legal advice. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. Have a lawyer review and adapt it — particularly the SMS/messaging, data-processor, and state-privacy-rights sections — before you rely on it in production.

Review Propeller ("Review Propeller," "we," "us," or "our") is a reputation-management service based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We help local businesses request reviews from their own customers by text message and email. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers two groups of people: our clients (businesses that hire us) and our clients' customers (people who receive review requests sent through our platform on a client's behalf).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Contact and inquiry information. When you submit a form on this site, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Account information. If you become a client, we collect the information needed to set up and run your account, including billing contact details.
  • Communications. Records of emails, texts, and calls between you and us.

Information our clients provide about their customers

Our clients upload or connect customer lists so we can send review requests on their behalf. This typically includes a customer's name, phone number, email address, and details about the job that was completed. Our clients control this data. We process it on their instructions and do not use it for our own marketing.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical data when you visit this site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.
  • Delivery and engagement data for messages we send, such as whether a text or email was delivered, opened, or clicked.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the free review audit you requested.
  • To provide, operate, and improve the service, including sending review requests on a client's behalf.
  • To contact you about your account, your service, and support requests.
  • To send you marketing communications, where you have consented and subject to your right to opt out at any time.
  • To bill you and maintain financial records.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including applicable messaging and privacy laws.

3. SMS and email messaging consent

If you contact us through this website

By submitting a form on this site, you agree to be contacted by Review Propeller by phone, text, and email at the number and address you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

If you received a review request from a business

Review requests sent through our platform are sent on behalf of the business you did work with — not by Review Propeller for our own purposes. That business is responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate consent to contact you, based on your existing relationship with them.

Opting out

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at the address below.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly.
  • Opt-out requests are honored promptly. We may still send transactional messages needed to service an active account.

Carrier notice

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers / processors. We use third parties to run the service — including a CRM and marketing-automation platform, SMS and email delivery providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics tools. They may only use the information to perform services for us.
  • Our clients. If you leave a review or respond to a request sent on a client's behalf, that response is visible to the client.
  • Public review platforms. Review requests link out to third-party platforms such as Google. Anything you post there is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy, not this one.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Third-party platforms we don't control

We do not control Google or any other review platform. Their policies, algorithms, display rules, and review-filtering decisions are entirely theirs. Information you submit directly to those platforms is subject to their privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Client customer data is retained per our agreement with that client and deleted or returned on request after an account closes, subject to legal requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Opt out of marketing texts and emails at any time (see Section 3).
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what we collect and the right to opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information.
  • If you are one of our clients' customers, direct requests about your data to that business; we will assist them in responding.

To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity first.

9. Children's privacy

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Cookies

This website uses only what is necessary to load and display pages, plus any analytics noted above. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated to active clients.
